Something not working, or a result that looks wrong? Email help@kilodex.app and we'll get back to you. It's a small operation, so please allow a few days.
Reporting a bug? Include your device, whether you're on iPhone or Android, and the lifter or competition you were looking at. If you can, add your installation ID from Settings → Privacy & data. It lets us find the matching crash report.
Kilodex doesn't collect results itself. Every meet, total and placing comes from the public OpenPowerlifting dataset, which gathers results published by federations. We hold a copy and refresh it weekly.
That means we can't correct a result here. A fix has to happen at the source. Contact OpenPowerlifting and the correction reaches Kilodex at the next weekly refresh. The same applies to having your results removed.

Try the exact spelling that appears on the federation's results sheet, including accented characters. Lifters are matched by name, so a meet entered under a different spelling shows up as a separate lifter.
If your most recent meet is missing, it may not have been published yet. Federations submit results at their own pace, and only then does it reach the dataset and our next refresh.
Weekly. Newly published meets appear after the next refresh.
Rankings are calculated within a weight class and scoring system. Check which scoring system you have selected in Settings. Goodlift, Dots, Wilks and Glossbrenner all rank lifters differently, and federations don't agree on which to use.

Your profile, watchlist and settings are stored on your device, not on our servers. Deleting the app removes them.
You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email help@kilodex.app. Note that usage analytics are anonymous by design, so there are no records there tied to you to look up or delete. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
